Original Language, Evéik
When creating this story, I realized I needed a brand new original language to go with it. The storyline called for it. I've always been fascinated with languages and decided to deep dive into various ancient languages, starting with Greek and Hebrew. As I got further into my research, I realized I needed help in creating my own language. After a few calls to expert linguists, I found the perfect fit in Julie Munsell. With her incredible knowledge and background in languages, she helped me craft a complete language--the language now known as Evéik.
For those of you bold enough to adventure into the thick of this original language, here is a document that'll get you started. Here you'll find all the grammar rules and pronunciations, as well as the very first 1,000 words added to this tongue.
